June 1st Dare Day
It’s the first day of June and I DARE you to celebrate! Dare day originates from Dare County in England, and they celebrate this holiday on June 1st. This is a day to act and challenge yourself or someone else to do something new or crazy. Perhaps you can step out of your comfort zone and use a new material you have never worked with or tackle a craft/project you have always been nervous about doing.
June 2nd Rocky Road Day
A holiday all about ice cream – yea please. Fortunately, this is not the only ice cream day this month! This is a great day to create your own Rocky Road ice cream by adding nuts, marshmallows, and chocolate chips to your favorite ice cream. Or turn this into a craft by drawing an ice cream cone on a piece of paper and letting your kiddos glue the ingredients onto the cone.
June 3rd World Bicycle Day
